4. Lawful basis for processing

Depending on context, processing is based on contractual necessity, consent, legitimate business interests, and legal obligations. Where consent is required by law, you may withdraw consent prospectively, subject to legal or contractual limitations.

We may share information with trusted service providers acting as operators on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality, security, and processing controls required by POPIA.
